In God’s Image and Likeness Online Ancient and Modern Perspectives on the Book of Moses |
|
|
The central message of the book of Moses is not revealed in its stories of the Creation and the Fall, as essential as these accounts may be, but rather in its description of the foundations of human perfection. In God’s Image and Likeness is the most comprehensive commentary ever published on the beautiful and doctrinally-rich Joseph Smith Translation of the early chapters of Genesis. Publications: PDF and Softcover Editions of "In God's Image and Likeness": A four-volume (softcover) edition, with many corrections, is available in stores and online (e.g., Eborn Bookstores, FAIR LDS Bookstore, BYU Bookstore, Amazon). A single-volume digital version of the book in PDF, for use on computers and tablets, is also available from the FAIR Bookstore, the BYU Bookstore, and the current site (see below). The PDF version is formatted identically to the paper version of the book and will include bookmarks and live hyperlink cross-references throughout. PDF and Softcover Editions of "Temple Themes in the Book of Moses": Both a softcover and a digital version (PDF) of a new book, "Temple Themes in the Book of Moses", were released in early August 2010. This large-format book of over 400 pages contains much additional material not found in the book of Moses commentary, along with over one hundred full-color images. Paperback and PDF editions of the book are sold at BYU Bookstore, Eborn Bookstores, at the FAIR Bookstore, and on Amazon. The PDF can also be purchased on this site (see below).
